News from Sherman, TX

So I arrived last night with my parents and we set up my room. It appears that I will not have a roommate this month as no one's stuff was in the room and no one checked in last night. The college neglected to give me any information about anything and so I did not bring a telephone with me. I do not yet have phone service because of this. Add to that the fact that they neglected to prepare a way for me to log on to the internet from my room because it takes a special login and this explains why I am typing this entry at a public access Mac. They also forgot to include small bits of information like the time and location of my class, the location of the registar, the location of damn near anything on this fucking campus... But I'm all moved in now. My class is small (6 people) and sounds to be interesting. The food is better than Berea. The campus is bigger than Berea. The weather is warmer, but raining. Overall, this will be a character building experience. I have paid all of my bills and the next stop is the travel agent on post *grins*. So, I'm still alive and all that.
