A Change of Purpose
Apr. 1st, 2004 10:11 pmSo it has been brought to my attention that LJ rocks. *grins* And so I'm intending to start writing here instead of in my other journal. I am even considering transferring most of the old posts from the other site here...it would just make some parts of life easier. So if you read my journal there may be a large influx of older posts.
Anyway...Boston update.
So life is wonderful, the earth still turns and I have gotten to eat Greek food. *smiles* For those of you that don't know I have a raging addiction to Greek food that has been sadly underfed for the past four years...let me say that again...FOUR years. So I got to satisfy that. Thanks much to everyone who made the suggestions and to
maedbh7 and
xuth for going with me.
Went to Diesel for the second time in my life. That was an experience that I'm uncertain about pursuing. It's just so big and loud and I'm horrible at finding conversation there. Not to mention the fact that it completely intimdates me socially. Please everyone forgive but I've never been a part of geek culture before *hangs her head in shame* and I really don't know quite how to fit in. I'm extremely intimidated though. Much thanks to
maedbh7 for introductions. The food after Diesel was great...I love crepes. I had one with spinach, avocadoes, chicken and mozzerella...it was fantabulous.
OPN was a new experience. Last time I was in Boston I ended up flying out on Wednesday afternoon so I never went. I found it to be wonderful and infinitely more comfortable. The intelligent conversation made me happy as well as the flirtations with lots of attractive people...well...
woodwardiocom to name one. *blushes and stuff* Although the thing is that I now want to move to Boston like...tomorrow. But this has nothing to do with the flirting. This is because I realized that my college sucks and I don't want to go there anymore...
Anyway...I better run off for now.
