Sometimes, you should give people the benefit of the doubt. Not always, but going into a situation prepared for it to go one way rather than the other does tend to leave you flat on your ass if it doesn't go that way. You are a good person. It is ok for you to speak your mind. It would be better if you did it more often so that you don't explode when you do get around to talking about it. Stop taking other people's shit onto yourself...you have enough shit to take care of yourself right now without trying to fix the whole universe. Remember that you live in Kentucky and the things that happen in Kentucky will have a more immediate impact on your life...maybe you should pay more attention to Kentucky. Go outside more...there's a whole forest that you've been missing, so go sit out there sometimes. Oh yeah, and don't forget to breathe deeply.
