So...I'm at work and there's nothing to do. I've completed the task I was left and there aren't enough people coming in today to actually need to do work. There have been quite a few calls but a majority of them I've redirected because I had no idea how to deal with them...I'm now waiting for lunch in thirty minutes and trying not to get in trouble because I am obviously goofing off. *grins*
