Oh Yeah! That's Why I Work Out

I went and worked out this morning. I was gone for an hour and spent 40 minutes of it on machines. Mom went with me and we had a grand time. Since I've been home, I have cooked myself a great breakfast, taken all my supplements, folded two loads of laundry and put them up, stripped the bed and put the sheets in the washing machine and I emptied the drainrack. Go me! I've also rescheduled the therapy appointment I missed yesterday to get an IUD put in. I'm holding the baby so she can get to sleep now. When she goes to sleep, I'll be able to go take a shower. Have I mentioned I feel fantastic? Because I do! Woot!
