So our world has been kinda crazy lately. Our car broke this last week. I was driving down the autobahn and it started to lose power. It appears that the alternator has gone out again. We managed to get it towed after a rather hilarious stint of experiences with a crazy Polish man. And the car is now at the German auto mechanics to get it checked out. I will never take my car to AAFES again to get it checked out or worked on.
We also got our phone bill....it is outrageous this month. Not because we called the states a lot. Because the guys went to Wiesbaden and we called them both every day. And they only had cell phones...so there was much time spent on the phone and each minute is very expensive. But we didn't realize it until we got the bill in.
My brother is here to visit and we're having a good visit. We're talking about going to where we lived as kids to see what it's like. We haven't been there in years and just kinda wanted to have some re-living. We went out to the club last night. We drank some and danced some. Pretty much just had a good time all around.
