Yum!

So today I made some scrumptious muffins. They have dates and walnuts in them. I love making low fat baked goods. Mom tried them and said they were good.

I appear to have misplaced my housekey. That is sucktacular. The guys are supposed to come back in tonight to pick up stuff they forgot here. That means we'll be able to get one of the keys from them. Then we'll be able to do a lot of other things we need to do.

My plants are happy and cheerful. There's a large spider on my bell peppers that is keeping the other bugs from eating them. It looks like another three buds are getting close to opening. I had to transplant my cucumber earlier this week. It's taller already and has new leaves. Also, the hydrangea that I've been steadily killing (first there was the drowning then there was too much sunlight) has been making a bit of a come back from on top of one of the bookshelves in the living room.

We are making a fish dish for dinner. I work tomorrow morning and I have therapy in the afternoon. I'm going to go and print the menus in between that as this week they sound delicious. Hopefully, Mom will feel like going grocery shopping with me tomorrow.

The car is getting worked on the 21st. That is going to be rather interesting. It has the potential to be expensive, but we should be ok. I'm trying to decide whether to have them do the work or have them diagnosis it and do the work myself. Realistically, I should have them do it because of the limited amount of time I have now.

You go girl!

Wow. You're turning out to have quite a green thumb! And a baker too!

I'm going to bake cookies tonight from a recipe my friend [livejournal.com profile] magickalmom posted in her LJ... uses pudding... we'll see how they turn out!

*big hugs*

*chuckles* Thanks. I just looked at the recipe and you might be able to eat these muffins. There is 1/3 c. of sugar in a dozen muffins. Each muffin has around 28 carbs. I don't know how it breaks down into each individual muffin. How is your sugar allergy going?
