I have been intending to write but my family has been driving me so insane I have not had two minutes peace in which to compose this update. I went to New Mexico for Christmas. It was a 9 hour drive one way. Needless to say I nearly went insane purely from the vast quanities of rap music I was forced to consume. My brother and I had quite a few good talks though and I feel a lot closer to him. This partly made up for the fact that he ruined the ending of ROTK for me by making fun of the last five minutes and making fun of me for crying. I had forgotten he was such an ass during movies like that.
It was nice to see my cousins although I did not realize that when I was turned around one of them became a cheerleader. This was a little hard for me to deal with because I hate cheerleaders. I have always hated cheerleaders. SO I had to step outside of my box and let go of some of my prejudices there. Somewhere deep down inside me I'm sure it was better for me to move past this issue but the rest of me isn't buying the story. *laughs*
I bought a new nightgown, a great skirt, two tubetops (which I will never wear without an overshirt because that is a huge fat chick no no), lube and emotion lotion with my Christmas money. Of course the only items I will show people are the skirt and tubetops....unless I bought the others intending to show you. *grins*
I do not know when the date for my Uncommitment Ceremony is but it will be in January. Semi-domesticated partner, I need to know when will work the best for you. I am flying out to Boston on the 30th (*does the happy dance just thinking about it*) so it obviously needs to be before that. I have yet to write my vows but I'm intending to do that after I get back to Berea.
That reminds me that I need to write the essays for my internship application. I have been procrastinating this month instead of writing them like I need to. I have a pretty good idea of what I want to say but I need to actually sit down in front of a computer and write it out.
