So I managed to have my blood successfully drawn this morning. All it took was drinking insane amounts of water. Because I got all light-headed yesterday, they decided to check my blood sugar levels today too. Here's hoping all the tests go well. I'll get the results on the 26th.

I have now had a scrumptious multi-grain bagel with herbed soft cheese. I'm sipping a delicious cup of Mandarin Orange Spice tea with sugar and milk. It reminds a bit of a creamsicle. My Spider kitty is sitting in the window watching the sun clear the buildings around us and make the clouds glow. My house plants are happy. Today is going to be a good day.

I've got a few loads of clothes to wash and some dishes. Then I can tackle a bit of the bedroom. It has gotten ridiculously out of hand and I'm feeling energetic today. I'll probably change my shirt though.

I'm going to try and have my substitute teaching application in by Friday. They pay pretty decently and getting out of the house is important.

I'm feeling good today. I accomplished lots of things. I planned out the menu for the rest of the week including making a grocery list for the things we didn't have on hand. I rechecked the library books I've been reading and turned in what I had finished. I took all of the glass to the recycling point and sorted it into appropriate bins. I checked the mail and mailed my student loan payment. I went grocery shopping and picked up everything on my list with minimal splurging.

I also have run a load of dishes, washed a load of clothes and starting the laundry migration from the bedroom to the laundry room. My nifty new biodegradable laundry detergent has not gotten here yet. The tracking update says that it is on its way. My Dr. Bronners is having to pinch hit right now. There are worse things than having pepperminty laundry.

I have to go cut the pork chops into strips and get them marinating for dinner. Then I had better cut up the potatoes to get them on to boil. Tonight we're having Potato and Spinach Soup with Gyros Pork for dinner. Hopefully there won't be too many leftovers as my fridge is just about bursting. I'm going to have to start taking over what the guys eat for lunch when they come in. Today they did eat the rest of a leftover casserole and the rest of the week I can probably get them to eat pizza leftovers. Boy...this turned out to be a little random.
