Things went pretty well today. Working out felt good. I'm exhausted now though. I'm still working well on eating good food.
My brother left for Germany today. He and I did get to talk before he left which made me happy. I'm really sad that I didn't get to see him before he left. He's planning to bring his fiancee home for Christmas and that makes me happy. I'm glad he's doing so well in his life right now. He seems to making solid, healthy decisions for himself.
There's more I could write but I'm tired.
