I found this book to be extremely helpful and informative. I had almost no understand of law prior to reading this book. Overall, it gave some solid advice on who to contact when covering everything from finding a lawyer to what relevant Amendments dealt with religious issues. It also contained a wealth of footnotes and cited numerous case histories. It gave me heads up on some of the smaller details that can cause issues for those not familiar with owning property used for religious purposes or the litmus test used to determine whether a law or situation is religious discrimination. It extensively disscussed the necessity of getting a lawyer and how important it is to insure that in any discrimination case (i.e. child custody, housing, job) that the only reason you could be denied what you believe to be your rightful due is because of your religion and not misbehavior (i.e. abuse, failure to pay rent, lateness). I would suggest this to any person, regardless of personal faith, because of the useful way it defines religion and explores religious discrimination. Many of the case histories are not in reference to paganism and could of use to anyone dealing with this kind of case. It also clearly guides you through your rights according to the various amendments and points you to state laws.
