State of the eiblyn

I'm doing pretty well. I went to the doctor on Friday for my monthly check up. I have to go next week to schedule my second ultrasound. And my appointment for next month. I got to hear the baby's heartbeat. And I had my blood taken for the Maternal Serum test. I should get the results of that back at my next doctor visit unless something is really wrong. The baby is growing like normal. He kicks a lot and moves around which makes me really happy.

I've been keeping kind of busy. I worked a day and a half last week. And I had an FRG meeting. I went to a party and got hit on by a couple who are *shiver* not my type. I didn't know it was going to be that kind of party. I bought a new loveseat last week and Mom and I rescued a loveseat and chair from the wastestream. Ummm...I've been eating all the tapioca and pudding I can get my hands on. I LUV it. I'm also craving hot sauce like no one's business.

Mom and I started working on a project to make me jumpers and clothes for pregnancy stuff. I stitched together the mock up yesterday. We've been adjusting the pattern and I'm pretty sure we are ready to go ahead with real fabric, but I may work a little more with the mock up fabric. Cutting out one more out of the mock up to see how it works won't hurt anything. I appreciate it so much that I learned how make my own patterns when I was younger!!

We've been having problems with the kittens. They keep sucking on our clothes. Which wouldn't be so bad except that he wakes me up in middle of the night because he suckles really loudly!!

I've been hearing from elvnsword pretty regularly and that helps a lot. I'm making it and feel ok. Life is good.
