Jul. 14th, 2008 09:07 pmI'm currently trying my hand at making risotto from scratch. I loved it when I got the mix for it so I tracked down a few recipes and compared them. Here's hoping it's as delicious as it smells. It has green onions, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, basil (from my balcony I might add), mozzarrella cheese and some parmesan too for good measure. I didn't have veggie or chicken stock so I made it with some of the ham stock I made a bit ago. It smells divine and looks like it will be nice and creamy. Yum!
