So I have had people tell me my whole life that exercising helps you have more energy. I have always have a voice in my head that screamed "LIAR!!!". *laughs* Turns out they were right. I think part of my problem has always been that I jumped in too hard, too fast. I've been working up to it and I do 22 minutes on the elliptical including cool down and 35 minutes on the stationary bicycle including cool down. That is a ton more time than I've ever done before but on the days I go to the gym, I am so much more energized for the rest of the day. I've lost more weight again. I'm down to 243. For those keeping score, that is 52 pounds that I've lost in the last three and a half months. Yay for breastfeeding!!

  • Went to gym
  • Folded load of diapers
  • Washed/hung out load of diapers
  • Washed load of clothes
  • Put up three loads of clothes/diapers
  • Washed sink and a half of dishes
  • Cooked breakfast (scrambled egg wrap)
  • Watered plants
  • Cleaned toilet


I still need to vacuum and cook some lunch. I'm thinking I'm going to try the new risotto mix I bought. Should be delicious!
