Safe and Sound

I made it to my parents safe and sound on Tuesday. We've just been running around and having fun. One set of my grandparents is here so we've all been spending time together. We're going to see about spending some of my birthday money today. I found a pair of shorts I liked yesterday but Walmart sucks.

I got to see the bed that my parents made for me and let me just say that it is absolutely gorgeous. It's ponderosa pine that they burnt and stained. It looks absolutely fabulous! I've been sleeping in it since I got here and it's also very comfortable. My parents also made me matching nightstands to go with it. I'm going to see if I can't talk xuth into helping me make a chest of drawers that will match and then I'll have a matching set. My mom burnt the trunk that I have and stained it also. I love my family.

Anyway, I need to wash my hair and get dressed so we can go out and about. Wow do I love being here.
