Tales of Flight Delay...

And so my flight out of Boston was delayed by an hour and a half. I didn't see any problems with then and settled down to read and wait it out as I regularly get delayed on some portion or other of my air travels between LEX and BOS. But at this point I realized that the self-check kiosk had only printed out one boarding pass and I *knew* there was a connection. So I go and stand in line to find out that the delay had made me unable to catch the last flight out of Detroit to Lexington tonight. So, with some conversations with dapatty I manage to work out the best time for me to fly out tomorrow. My flight leaves tomorrow at noon from BOS and I'll be in LEX at 6:45. I will be missing both classes and work tomorrow *sighs* but there's really nothing I could do about it. And the airport was going to make me pay for my own hotel room. So I decided to stay here....where I can spend a last night cuddling with xuth. I'm sure that surprised you all.
