So we are three loads into the laundry madness here in small town Berea, Kentucky...the whites are leading purely by the limited number of them...*coughs* anyway, I've decided to do as little productive as possible today. I've washed three loads of clothes and have not yet taken a shower. *grins* Ok, so maybe I should do that. But that would require moving and I'm fairly comfortable.

Four days until I fly to Boston...*does the happy dance* and I'll have clean clothes there. I'm starting to stress less about the end of the semester...it's creeping up but I'm pretty sure I have everything under control. Just a few more papers and we'll be clear. I'm very happy about the trailing off of the paranoia. I forget when I'm not in Berea how much Berea makes me Not Who I Am. But only a few more weeks and then a month and half in Texas/Oklahoma.

Convo completely rocked today. It was just a big bunch of coolness. We had a sitar player come to perform for us today with a tabla accompaning player. It was very fascinating music. I'm going to another convo by them tonight. The player was very intelligent and discussed the differences between traditional Indian classical music and western classical music. It was very informative. I really didn't have clue about how complicated it all got. *smiles*

I got invited to a dinner tonight that a woman in my dorm is doing. It excites me to get invited to things like that. The menu sounds wonderful. And I'm hoping the conversation will be full of great things because it's a meeting of intelligent women sharing a meal. This is the type of thing that I really love in Berea. I have never really lived anywhere else where I was included in this type of event purely between women.

I got my dorm room selection from from Austin College today. That made me happy. Wow does time seem to be flying now. I have a draft of my 20 page paper due on Tuesday. We'll see how well that goes but I'm hoping it will go well. I'm planning to start writing it tomorrow night. I suppose I could start tonight after convo but I really need to write two German essays tonight. Anyway, I'm not going to think about it too much right now.
