And so I finished the outline I was working on...it always makes me feel good to be able to pull out an outline that is almost the length that the paper is supposed to be. This outline was 9 pages and the paper is supposed to be 10. The question now becomes whether I act like a responsible adult and go into work for an hour, even though I legitimately called in and they aren't expecting me, and then go to CS class, where I have already read the assignment and completely understand what we are doing, or if I ditch it all, go grab a bite to eat and take a walk into the woods. It's really a tough call in and of itself because I've been longing for some meditation alone.

Nov. 8th, 2004 06:08 pmFinancial aid today told me that there would be no problem getting funding for my trip to Texas. I may end up with a loan for part of it, but I still have $400 in scholarships from the state of KY and I can apply for a few other scholarships. I'm so excited...it'll be wondeful to be out of KY for a bit. And being that close to my family is something that I need. It's really hard for me to live so far away from them sometimes.
