Surprise...Surprise...

So I like xuth. Not that anyone here is surprised, having all seen the pathetic happy dance I do when I have been contacted by him and that goofy grin on my face for the past few weeks. He intrigues me and I enjoy it. He also treats me as an intellectual equal. It's not often that men manage that. I want to pursue some sort of relationship with him I think. It would, of course, be long-distance and entirely impractical but that's ok. I want this to happen a lot and I'm not sure how to go about it. *laughs* I certainly know how to screw up a relationship but I'm not so good at making them work.

I think the part I like the most is that we talk. We talk about a lot of things...computers, which I know almost nothing about but desperately want to learn about, and whatever happens to be intriguing me at the moment. I very much enjoy the fact that I never have to "dumb down" my conversation. I feel intellectually sated after talking to him. And I can never wait to hear from him again. *laughs* I'm not sure what I'm getting myself into but I hope that its a good thing.
