I hope it becomes something you find you're able to keep up with. I've found that anyone who does drumming tends to become more attuned to the fundamental rhythms of life, and thus they are more apt to be able to tell when something is off so they can either avoid or fix it. And this, in turn, helps them become much happier with themselves and how their live course is running.
I've noticed that too. Drumming gives me a chance to work out all the negative aspects of my world and replace them with positive energy. I'm so much more balanced when I drum!
