Oh NO!

I am so upset right now. I haven't received my ballot for absentee voting. It has to be mailed by the 15th. For the first time, I actually was going to get to vote FOR someone instead of against someone. And now, I won't get to. I am in tears over this. I'm going to call my county clerk's office when they open. I'm just so upset. I know I'm registered properly; I voted in the primary. *sighs* I hate them.

We didn't receive our absentee ballots either, but there was an option to print out an alternate form and use that in case the ballots weren't received on time. The name of the form is: 'Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot' and we found it by googling on that name.

Try this URL:

Good luck!! I hope this helps.

We *just now* got our absentee ballots, sent us by UPS Overnight delivery. It would seem that the City of Cambridge finally got things sorted. YMMV, of course, but I figured you might want to know.

The irony is that we already sent in our write-in ballots. But there was something at the bottom of the write-in form that stated that we'd attest to sending in the actual ballot if we received it on time. So we will.

Thanks for your help! I will certainly use the write-in if I need to. I feel much better now.
